(1) The Highways (Construction Management) Act, 2021 and the rules made under that Act have been repealed (2) At the time when this Act comes into force, compensation for any land acquired under the Highways (Construction Arrangements) Act, 2021 is pending, compensation shall be given in accordance with the said Act.
